Bulle Dining Policies
To provide every guest with a refined, intimate, and memorable dining experience, we kindly ask all visitors to observe the following policies:
DRESS CODE
We ask that you refrain from hats, shorts, athletic wear, tank tops, flip-flops, ripped jeans.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Parties of 9 or more are welcome only with a pre-arranged prix fixe menu. All large parties are required to pay in advance.
FAMILY DINING
Bulle is not well-suited for young children. We do not provide high chairs or other child-specific accommodations.
TABLE TIME
Reservations are booked for a maximum of 2.5 hours (two and a half hours) per table to allow us to accommodate all guests efficiently.
RESERVATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY
We are a reservation-driven restaurant with limited seating. To secure your booking, a credit card may be required. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a per-person fee of $50. We hold reservations for only 15 minutes past the scheduled time unless you notify us of a delay.
TASTING MENUS & DIETARY REQUESTS
Our tasting menus are carefully curated expressions of the chef’s vision. While we happily accommodate most dietary preferences and allergies when notified in advance, we may have limited flexibility with certain courses. Please inform us of any restrictions at the time of booking.
CORKAGE FEE
We welcome guests who wish to bring their own wine. A corkage fee of $40 applies to the first bottle. The corkage fee for the second bottle will be waived with the purchase of a bottle from our wine list.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MOBILE DEVICES
Discreet photography of your dishes is welcome. However, we ask that you silence mobile phones and keep conversations at a considerate volume to preserve the serene atmosphere for all guests.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Outside food, beverages, or decorations are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any party that does not comply with these policies.
